Pavilion Rentals

Pavilion & Park Rules


  • Park hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • No vehicles are allowed in the park. Vehicles must be confined to parking areas.
  • Permit must be retained at all times by user group and presented upon request.
  • The permit is valid only for the date and times shown (there are no rain dates).
  • The group is responsible for leaving the shelter area clean and orderly.
  • Permits are required for any family or group picnics of 20 or more
  • No person shall bring, consume, or sell alcoholic beverages in the park unless a permit is obtained providing for such consumption and approved by the Recreation Director.
  • No person shall bring or operate any vessel upon any park waters except at places designated for boating activities by the Recreation Director.
  • No person shall fish in any park waters where swimming is permitted.
  • No domestic pets or animals shall be permitted in the park.
  • No intoxicated person shall enter, be in, or remain in the park. Any person found intoxicated in the park shall either be arrested or ejected from the park.
  • Foul or profane language or gestures shall not be permitted at any time.
  • This Park is a Drug Free zone

Rental Refund Policy
Our Rental Refund Policy will be strictly enforced. Rental refunds will only be permitted under the following circumstances:
  • 100% refund for deposit and rental fee will be refunded to any renter if the request to cancel is made within at least 60 days of the party/rental date.
  • 50% refund for rental fee and 100% deposit will be refunded to any renter if the request to cancel is made within 30-59 days of the party/rental date.
  • 0% refund for rental fee and 100% deposit will be refunded to any renter if the request to cancel is within 29-7 days of the party/rental date.
  • 0% refund for rental fee and 0% deposit will be refunded to any renter if the request to cancel is within 6 days or less of the party/rental date.
  • Inclement Weather
    • 100% refunds and deposit will be refunded to “grounds only” permits.
    • 0% rental fee and 100% deposit will be refunded to pavilion rentals for inclement weather.
Other Refund Rules
  • Refunds will only be issued to the primary contact and sent to the address on the Pavilion Rental Agreement.
  • Refunds will be refunded to rental parties that experience a death or serious bodily injury.
